Thanks button doent work in ipb forums we can have reputation system if members wish??

If so then reputation is the best. Not all members will spam & get warnings. But most of the users deserves thanks while posting.

So if someone continues to misbehave v can warn him thru pm. & if he continues then lets ban him..
